Spurs win franchise-record 18th straight

San Antonio was the last team a struggling Indiana Pacers team needed to see Monday night. The hottest team in the league, the Spurs extended their winning streak to a franchise-record 18 games with a surgical 103-77 dissection of the Pacers before a sellout crowd of 18,165 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Tony Parker scored 22 to lead the Spurs (58-16), who haven't lost since Feb. 21 in Phoenix, and have won their last seven on the road. Paul George scored 16 for Indiana (52-23), which lost its third in a row and for the sixth time in eight games.
