Reggie Williams agreed to terms with Caja Laboral

According to Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo, Reggie Williams agreed to terms with Caja Laboral for the coming season. The guard, who is restricted free agent, will earn $1.5M per season with the Basque team and the deal includes a buyout which will allows Williams to return to the NBA when lockout ends. Williams, guard, has played two seasons in the NBA with Golden State Warriors averaging 10.6ppg, 3.1rpg and 1.8apg in 104 games. In his rookie year as pro, Williams has played in French Pro A with JDA Dijon averaging 12.5ppg, 5.3rpg, 2.6apg in 30 games. The deal includes a $1 million buyout if Williams wants to return to the NBA this season. Under the NBA’s previous collective bargaining agreement, NBA teams could contribute up to $500,000 to buy out a player’s overseas contract.
