Philippines, Italy and Serbia will host the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournaments

The three countries have been chosen by FIBA to host the three Olympic Qualifying Tournaments

Philippines, Italy and Serbia will host the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournaments as announced by FIBA.
The three mini-tournaments will be played from July 4 to July 10.

Turin will be the hosting city in Italy, Manila in the Philippines and Belgrade in Serbia.

According to the rules, With Italy and Serbia hosting two Olympic Qualifying Tournaments Latvia (8th at Eurobasket) and Croatia (9th at Eurobasket) will be invited by FIBA to play.

With Philippines hosting one Olympic Qualifying Tournament, Lebanon (5th at FIBA Asia Championship) will be invited.

Africa
: Angola, Tunisia, Senegal 

America: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico 

Asia: Philippines (Hosting nation), Iran, Japan

Europe: France, Serbia (Hosting Nation), Greece, Italy (Hosting nation), Czech Republic, Latvia (first no-qualified team in Europe), Croatia (second no-qualified team in Europe), Turkey (invited)

Oceania: New Zealand
