Jerami Grant won't play U19 World Championship due to mononucleosis

Jerami Grant, Syracuse's sophomore forward, has been diagnosed with mononucleosis and will be unable to play for the United States in the FIBA U19 World Championship in Prague.

Grant, who played on USA Basketball's U18 team that that won the gold medal last year at the FIBA Americas Tournament in Brazil, will be replaced on the U.S. roster by Pittsburgh's James Robinson. Grant roomed with Robinson last summer.
