Cantù close to Roderick Blakney

Pallacanestro Cantù, since Jerry Smith got injured, hit the market looking for a PG. The Italian team targeted several names over the last few weeks but now, they might have found the right one: Roderick Blakney.
The PG born in 1976 with American-Bulgarian passport spent last season with Lokomotiv Kuban averaging 9.9ppg, 2.6rpg and 2.6apg in Eurocup while in PBL he scored 5.5ppg with 1.4apg and in VTB United League 8.6ppg and 2.6apg.
Blakney has a long European experience with clubs as Iraklis, Maroussi, Dynamo Moscow, Olympiacos, Panellinios and Unicaja Malaga.

He would be the perfect addition to give to the team 15-20' of qualities and experience.
