Avellino-Shakur, the deal failed. Team hopes to bring Green back

Sidigas Avellino is on the market looking for the PG for the upcoming season. The Italian club was close to penning a deal with Mustafa Shakur but the deal failed in the last days.
With Shakur out of the race, Avellino turned its attention on bringing Marques Green back to the team. But the American PG with passport from FYR of Macedonia is now close to signing with Cedevita and it will be hard to reach a deal with him.
Green has played the last two years with Avellino and the main target of the Italian team was to keep him for the future too. But Green injured his knee with the National Team and will miss few weeks of actions and he should not be ready before September.
