Scandone Avellino and Dimitri Lauwers reached an agreement to part ways. The Belgian guard was averaging 2.7ppg in Serie A this season.
Lauwers has played more than 80 games in Serie A with Avellino.
The Belgian player wrote a letter to all Avellino's supporters and staff thanking them for the period he has spent there.
