Lino Lardo confirms the talks between Bargnani and Virtus Roma

Lino Lardo, coach of Virtus Roma, at Radio Manà Manà confirmed that there were talks between his team and Andrea Bargnani.

"Andrea Bargnani to Virtus Roma? I wish. I really think that the insurance and his salary would be too expensive for us. But if our management and some sponsors want to make us this present..I would accept it. There was a contact. Andrea is very tied to Roma but the entire operations is very complicated. Having such an important player as Bargnani in the roster would mean a lot for us. I am sure he will revitalize the team and the fans. It is nice to see the wait for the arrival of such a big champ as Kobe Bryant. It means that basketball in Italy is alive and attracts a lot of people" said Lardo.
