Reggio Emilia's Darjus Lavrinovic to undergo back surgery, cut his salary while he is out

Darjus Lavrinovic reached an agreement with Pallacanestro Reggiana and will undergo back surgery in Italy.
The Lithuanian forward, who is out since the season started with a hand injury first and a back injury now, will also cut his salary while he recovers from this second problem.
Darjus Lavrinovic is expected to miss at least two months.
