Rashad McCants is in talks with SIG Strasbourg, according to Catch-and-Shoot. The ex NBA player spent last season in Puerto Rico changing few teams.
McCants has played 249 games in the NBA but his last game is in the season 2008-09 with the jersey of Sacramento Kings.
