Ian Mahinmi to sign with Le Havre for the minimum salary?

Big man Ian Mahinmi might re-join his ancient French team Le Havre during the NBA lockout. The center recently turned down a proposal from SIG Strasbourg.
According to Catch-and-Shoot, Mahinmi could sign for the minimum salary as Tony Parker did with ASVEL Villeurbanne. The French team is now trying to solve the insurance issue to cover his contract in NBA.
Mahinmi won the NBA title with Dallas Mavericks in 2010-11.
