Besancon, Holland to replace Hawkins

Besancon (8-18) who's fighting in order to stay in Pro A, has decided to sign Delonte Holland (201-F-82, college: De Paul) because Hawkins (13,3ppg 4,6rpg) is injured for the rest of the season. Holland is a great player, a complete forward with good fundamentals (attack defense) , good shoot and good hands. He's especially known in Italy because he has played in a lot of teams in this country. Teramo (05-06 SerieA 18,6ppg 5,6rpg) Varese (06-07 SerieA 17,5ppg 4,8rpg) and Fortezza Bologna (07-08 SerieA 13,2ppg 3,8rpg) he played in Euroleague with good stats 19,4ppg 5,6rpg in 7 games, but he's returned in Varese for the rest of the season 25ppg ( Score-3) and 4,7rpg. At the beginning of this season he has been drafted by Rio Grande Valley(D-League) before to sign with Roseto(Leg2) for 16,4ppg 3,3rpg. But this is a new challenge for this player to help Besancon in this last 4 games!
