Brose Bamberg signs Patrick Heckmann to a contract extension

German champ Brose Bamberg announced late on Wednesday a contract one-year extension with forward Patrick Heckmann until the end of the 2018-19 season. Heckmann (1.98 meters, 24 years old) is averaging 2.3 points in almost 13 minutes per game in this Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season. "I feel very comfortable in Bamberg." Heckmann said. "Both coach and club give me a lot of confidence. I appreciate the work of everyone. The time I have spent here so far has taken me forward in my basketball development. Everything is highly professional oriented to us players. This makes it easy for you to concentrate on his job and that's why the decision was very easy for me."
