Olympiacos' Daniel Hackett may have surgery in Italy

Daniel Hackett may undergo surgery in Italy, as reported by Il Corriere dello Sport.
The combo guard had the permission from Olympiacos to travel to Italy to visit a specialist.
Hackett will have the procedure in the upcoming weeks because his muscles need to be prepared for a difficult surgery.
Hackett is expected to miss at least six months of action.
