Turkish Airlines Euroleague Round 1: Team of the Week

MILOS TEODOSIC (Cska Moscow)
First game as EuroLeague champion and Milos Teodosic ended with 20 points and 11 assists in CSKA Moscow’s big win in Istanbul against Galatasaray. Teodosic produced 42 points for CSKA Moscow with assists and points.

RICKY HICKMAN (Olimpia Milano)
30 minutes on the court and Ricky Hickman showed all his skills in Olimpia Milano’s win over Maccabi Tel Aviv. Hickman ended with 22 points against his former team with whom he won the EuroLeague in Milan in 2014. Hickman added also 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 32 of evaluation.

JUSTIN DOELLMAN (Barcelona)
The American-Kosovan forward stayed on the court 33 minutes in Barcelona’s big win in Kazan. Doellman finished the game with 23 points, 5 reboiunds and 2 assists with the decisive shots in the final quarter.

CHRIS SINGLETON (Panathinaikos)
The former Lokomotiv Kuban player opened his EuroLeague’s career with Panathinaikos being decisive in the tough win against Zalgiris Kaunas. Singleton ended the game with 13 points, 7 rebounds and a big presence in defense.

ANDREA BARGNANI (Vitoria)
26 points in 25 minutes on the court with 10 for 14 from the field. Bargnani’s first big game in Europe after 10 years, when he was selected by the Raptors with the 1st overall pick of the 2006 NBA draft. Il Mago was unstoppable offensively by Efes’ defense.

COACH ANDREA TRINCHIERI (Bamberg)
Brose Bamberg lost in Turkey against the EuroLeague’s runner-up of Fenerbahce but the German team played a game close to perfection. Bamberg controlled the rhythm of the game, defended strong and kept the score low. Bamberg had the possession to win but they lost by 1 in Turkey.
