Torey Thomas agreed to terms with Etoile Sportive Rades in Tunisia, a source told Sportando. The American had a guaranteed deal with ADA Blois in case of promotion in Jeep Elite but the French team was not admitted in top division.
Thomas was free agent and signed in Tunisia.
